Upon receipt of your product, it will be evaluated and tested for the specific problem you described. It will be at our sole discretion as to whether we repair or replace the product. We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 72 hours of the product being received by us. Once the warranty service is performed, we will return your product to you with our choice of courier. Our warranty does not cover hardware or other peripherals attached to the product except for those already supplied at the time of purchase. Likewise any software or operating system not already pre-loaded at the time of purchase is not covered by this warranty. As you would expect, Xcel Cyber Technologies does not take responsibility for any physical damage that occurs after you've received your product.
We hope that you will enjoy any service or product purchased from us and that you'll refer us to your friends and others. However, if within 7 days of the date on the invoice you wish to return your product for a refund, you may return it but your return must be authorized by one of our sales representatives and your return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will not include freight and will be based on the purchase price of the product ONLY. Freight charges are at your expense and refund will only be issued after we have verified that your product has been received in the condition in which it was sent to you.
