At Xcel Cyber Technologies, our warranty ensures that your purchase is always worry-free and backed by our no-hassle return options. This limited warranty applies to every purchased computer, phone, accessory or any other service available on xctonline.com been sold or serviced by Xcel Cyber Technologies. Our standard limited warranty period is 12 months. The warranty period does not start from the date you placed the order but from the date you actually subscribed or received the goods or service ordered.
To request our Warranty Service, you must contact Xcel Cyber Technologies within the warranty period and inform us about the problem. Once you contact us, we will first try to remedy the situation. In most cases a simple solution is close at hand. However, if we determine that Warranty Service is required, we will issue a Return Product Authorization (RPA) number.
We will not process any warranty claim that has not been issued an RPA number. Any product received without an RPA number will be returned. You will then need to send the product back for repair and not replacement. Also, know that you are directly responsible for the freight charges incurred in sending it back to us on all warranty claims and please know that freight charges are non-refundable.
Please follow the instructions below to ensure the safe transit of your product:
- Safely pack the product and any other accessory it must have come with into the original box or pack in which it arrived. Please make sure that there is ample protective material around the product and any accessory.
- Write the RPA number on the outside of the box or pack as we will not accept it without an RPA number. Packages that arrive without the RPA number will be returned.
- Call a carrier that provide tracking number of freighted goods and please keep that number as a proof that you sent the product back to us.
- Make sure that you insure the product for the amount of the original purchase price. It is your responsibility to make sure that we receive the product and that it arrives without any physical damage. If it gets lost or stolen or gets damaged on transit, the insurance is the only way to get reimbursed.
